Paco was born in Casablanca, Morocco, and spent his childhood and adolescence in Tangier before coming to Berlin three decades ago. This is reflected in his pictures which frequently depict portraits of fictitious characters, and combine stylistic elements and symbolism from both Europe and Africa. His work takes us into his own unique, enchanted world full of fantasy, light and colour - a world that is friendly and diverse - as we accompany him on his inner journey and in his dreams to Tangiers.
